Reiki

What is Reiki?

During this 1:1 session, the universal life energy is channeled to facilitate balance and healing. You may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as the energy is transmitted. Reiki is believed to address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances, promoting a sense of overall well-being.

What happens during a Reiki Session?

During a Reiki session, the client will lie fully clothed on the massage table. I’ll place my hands lightly on or near the recipient's body, aiming to transfer healing energy to various energy centers or chakras. The idea is to remove blockages and restore the natural flow of energy, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy to conventional medical treatments, and some people find it helpful for managing pain, anxiety, and other health conditions.
